50’s Raspberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

8oz Cream Cheese

1 1/4 C sugar

2t vanilla

1 small raspberry Jell-o

1 C boiling hot water

1 C evaporated milk (chilled)

Graham crust (Ive even done chocolate crust and its super yummy)

Directions

Dissolve Jell-o in hot water, allow to cool.

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until completely mixed. Slowly add jell-o mixture.

Whip milnot until airy and add to cream cheese mixture.

Prepare graham crust and press into bottom of 9x9 casserole dish.

Pour cream cheese mix onto crust and refrigerate overnight.

Some people used to serve it on a bed of pie filling in the 50’s.
